Visitors can take some time to relax in our stylish treatment room lounge five minutes prior to the scheduled appointment, where you can sip on a refreshing herbal infusion and meet with your personal therapist for a private pre-treatment consultation. For your convenience, bath robes are provided in your hotel room.

Medical Concerns: Before booking your treatment, please advise us of any medical conditions such as: pregnancy, high blood pressure, recent surgeries, allergies, or any other acute medical conditions.

Cancellation & Late Policy: Reservations cancelled 24 hours or less before the appointment will be charged the full rate. Late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

Loss or Damage: We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss of your personal belongings. Please lock your valuable belongings in the safe.
